is slated for the next 2-3 years. This was presented to
us at $117k with a 30 year warranty.

Completed and Ongoing Projects
Painting:
All buildings in our complex have recently received a
fresh coat of paint for the winter. We hope everyone
likes the color choice, the board tried to stay as neutral
with the color selection as possible.

Swimming Pool:
As you know we were able to re-open our swimming
pool due to the diligent and un-wavering persistence of
our board of directors to overcome opposition and
regain use of our communities only amenity.

Security Surveillance Cameras:
The first wave of our sophisticated video surveillance
system was brought online in mid September and has
already helped cut down on some of the crime
experienced around our neighborhood. It is the mission
of your board of directors to make our community a
safe and desirable place to live.
